George Gallian, CEO of Compass Sales Solutions, has 30 years of experience in the industry. He sold his first company to Erskine House and over the years has helped to increase sales for ALCO/Ikon, MWB, and Global Imaging Systems. George has spoken at all of the industry’s largest conferences including ITEX,  Major Manufactures such as Sharp, Samsung and Kyocera’s National Sales Meetings, ERP companies such as E-Automate and OMD and groups such as BPCA, CDA and SDG.  George has consulted and trained hundreds of dealers with a focus in MPS and fleet sales were his experience in prospecting, closing and maintaining small to large contracts has assisted dealers in growing their organizations.
